So, You are Planning a Wedding

Here's some things you need to consider.

a. Style: Elegant, Traditional, Chic, Vintage, Country

b. Theme/Color: Those things you and your man LOVE. Music, T.V. show, Theater..

c. Personalities: There is nothing I hate more than weddings that don't include any of the Bride or Grooms personal style and attitude.

d.Budget: Everyone has a budget, and before you get your hopes to high and you don't achieve that expectation, or you as a couple are in debt to start your marriage off... :C Prioritize

 ï»¿ï»¿e.Guest: Number of Guest.

                Style:

  • Beach/Destination: When you have a destination wedding, you don't normally have a whole lot of guest. These are much smaller, cozier ceremonies and often times can be cheaper. Whether you feel like having it on a beach or a castle, destination weddings can make that ultimate dream come true.
  • Classic:  Classic wedding. It would be one set most likely within a church and in their reception hall. AKA Traditional.
  • Modern: This is the complete opposite of Traditional!!! As a matter of fact, THROW OUT ALL THINGS TRADITION. If you are this person, you are most likely artistic and are going to want to do really bright colors and just like art you are gunna want to start on a blank canvas so to speak. Most likely having a very shabby-chic reception area.
  • Vintage:  Pretty self explanatory! This is also a BIG fad!!
  • Offbeat: Anything with above and beyond different  offbeat details! This is my favorite. I would say my wedding is going to be an offbeat outdoors wedding. Stay tuned for all the plans, picture and crafts for that big day!!
  • Outdoor: Think gazebo, park, or garden. All of which would be great outdoor weddings.
  • Rustic:What I like to call the at home Barn Wedding. It turns out to be very beautiful, but yes it is a lot of work, however, you do reap the benefits of fixing up your home!
  • Vineyard: Of course, in a vineyard, this is rustic meets elegance! Especially for winos I would absolutely recommend this... It a VERY PRETTY setting!

           Theme:

  • Colors: Sets the mood you want and has to do a lot with your style! For instance, you would want to use tan when having a beach wedding, bright colors in an offbeat wedding, and maybe just black and white for a classic wedding.
  • Pattern: Your theme could also include a pattern  Maybe you love paisley and wanted to add just a little character to your classic wedding.... I think that would be phenomenal  You would have all you accessories in paisley, personalize napkins on paisley napkins, and so forth. Head table have the paisley table cloth and the rest just black and white. This is just a for instance of course.

Personalities

  • PLEASE, I BEG YOU, Don't forget to add into your wedding you twos personalities. This is what makes your big day great instead of good! You are marrying the love of your life, and for some people it is the first time meeting them and its been a long time since they have seen you. Show them your interest through your wedding. Besides, YOU will love it so much more when you are taking it all in and realize everything you love is surrounding you!!! Family. Your love, and your favorite things! REMEBER if only this one thing: This day is about you two!! And at the end of the day you will be forever tied to your mate, have a fun day NOT a stressful one!

          Budget:

How much are you planning to spend. The rule once was that the brides parents paid for the wedding, but more and more we are seeing in this day and age that the couples are paying for them. So, #1, find out who is paying for what... Maybe you can divide all the cost evenly among both families, or you may pay for it all! just find out which is that case. #2 How much can they/ you afford. If you, the couple, are paying for the wedding don't over do it! Know here limits bride, cause the last thing you want to do is start your marriage in a financial hole!  Depending on guest, decor, and location.
